Background video in row, not responsive or scaling down on mobile devices

Hello folks,

My background video in a top row is not responsive or scaling down on mobile devices. When i minimize my windows it is also not scaling down. The background video is perfect on a desktop screen but not on mobile devices.

Is there a way? Maybe by changing the max width for mobile devices? How do i do that?

Anybody?

I have the same problem. I tried adding some CSS into the Row CSS section but it doesnt do any effect.
