BB editor is not available

Hi,

we are using Beaver Builder Plugin (Pro Version) and editor stop working on certain pages, even if we want to create a new one we still cannot edit.

Msg from console is:

fl-builder.min.js?ver=2.3.1.3:6 Beaver Builder caught the following JavaScript error. If Beaver Builder is not functioning as expected the cause is most likely this error. Please help us by disabling all plugins and testing Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a third party plugin.

We tried to disable all plugins, cleared the cache error still persist, even if we update plugin to 2.3.2.5 error is still there.
We can provide a licence number for the plugin, admin access to website and FTP access to files.

Can someone please check this as is an urgent matter.

i would like to but our website is builded by other company and we dont have login details.
We only have licence number.

If your site was built using someone else’s license then you will want to contact them for support as per our terms and conditions. :slight_smile:

I know Danny has mark this resolved but to benefit someone that want to know how to fix this. You can get into safe mode to edit the page. It is likely there is bad code added on the page. Safe mode is to fix invalid html or js errors on existing pages. The OP also mentioned the error was present on newly created pages and therefore, safe mode isn’t the solution.
