Yesterday I copied a page and edited it. Today I wanted to continue editing it, but BB editor did not show on the front page. One plugin had been updated since yesterday, so I restored the site to the point after saving the new page and before the plugin was updated. Still no editor, so I trashed the page and started over.
So I copied a page again about 2 hours ago and then I adapted the copied page to create a new page. I saved it and then made a backup with Blogvault. I had to add two last changes, but unfortunately, again the editor bar does not show on the front page. There is no problem on other pages. The page is still in draft.
What can I do about this (apart from starting all over again)? I am not much of a techie, so simple answers would be helpful
I am having this SAME problem. I have been using BB for about 14 months now, and its the first time that I can not edit one page. I too, disable so pop-ups, and did a compare. It was working fine this morning, (2 hours ago) and not it won’t let me edit. I can edit ALL the other pages. So weird.
Thanks Pross. The problem is that the license is on that of the agency that developed the website for the client. The client does not have her own license. I do not have access to the BB account of the agency, so I will have to figure it out on my own.
Have you asked the agency for help after all they are paying for support?
There are so many things that can cause issues with WP plugins and its normally other plugins, code you have added or invalid html that will crash the builder.
Its likely there is a javascript error preventing it from opening.
