BB Gallery - published changes do not reflect on the front end

Hi, I am completely new to BB, so maybe this is user error…

I have added photos to the BB Gallery and hit “Publish” (multiple times).
The photos show in the builder and it shows as no changes to pubnlish.

BUT - I cannot get them to display on the live website.

Any thoughts?

It could be a caching issue. Try:

  1. Clearing BB cache in Settings>Beaver Builder>Tools
  2. Clear cache in your site hosting ,and if you have a caching plugin installed
  3. Force-clear your browser cache

Caching is often the cause of changes not appearing on the front end.
