Hi Amy and Ben,
I just wanted to add that I have numerous WP sites on GoDaddy, both shared Linux and Managed WP accounts, and the majority run BB. Never had an issue with any of them with BB. Had a look, and no .htaccess files in the wp-includes folders; only where they belong
