I’m running the Enterprise Pro Theme (Genesis), and I cannot get the BB to work. Plugin is activated, but when I create a new page, and switch to the “Page Builder” tab, none of the RH Tools seem to work. “Templates”, “Tools” seem grated out, and the drop downs don’t function either. Everything is frozen.
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the issues! This sounds like there is a plugin conflict unfortunately. Can I please have you disable all of your plugins and then test BB to see if it works as it should? If it does, go ahead and start re-enabling each while testing BB to see if you can find the culprit. Let us know what you find!
I sent you my list of plugins as a “private” reply. I’m concerned in turning off the various plugins that have content associated with them, especially WP Multi-Language, Testimonials, etc will affect the content, and create massive work to rebuild after I turn them back on. Is there not another way?
Unfortunately, turning off plugins is the only way of really isolating the issue at hand. You could try just disabling some of the less important ones to start to see if it could be one of those.
Another option is taking a full backup and migrating the site to a staging server or test site we can troubleshoot on if you like.
Axel - you can probably scratch the ones Lyle mentions off the list of disabling, but let me know how you get on after the others or the ones that you can disable.
OK. Thanks, Billy and Lyle! I’ll try a bunch of “safe” tests without setting up a test environment. Too involved for a non-techie like me. Will loop back and let you know.
