bbPress Issue - /forums Root Loads a Blog-Type Page

I’m trying to use the bbPress plugin, however for some reason the root page for the “forum” (set to .com/forums) does not show the forum list; it shows some sort of blog feed type page (see here: https://www.connersclinic.com/forums/)

I made a new page and added the shortcode [bbp-forum-index] to the page, yet it doesn’t show.

When I deactivate the Beaver Builder Pro plugin, it works fine. So it seems BB has an issue with bbPress? Has anyone experienced this?

I think I’ve narrowed it down to the issue being with the “Beaver Themer” plugin…if that helps?

Ok I got it. In the Beaver Themer settings I had to set an exclusion to not apply the Themer layout to the Forum archives. #wahoo
