I apologise, but I don’t quite understand. Can you click the Convert to Beaver Builder or not? As you say you can’t, but then you say below you can, but get a empty page?
If you click it and get an empty page, I would recommend disabling all plugins except for Beaver Builder and see if the issue persists. If it does, contact our helpdesk and our team can take a closer look.
