Beaver Builder is the slowest plugin

Dear Forum,

I have recently noticed that Beaver Builder has become a slow loading plugin.

Of all the plugins we have installed on our site, BB is now easily the plugin that reduces the site speed the most, according to P3 profiler. It slows down the site even more than Jetpack does.

Is there a particular reason for this ?

This was not the case in the past and I am considering replacing the plugin.

Hey Pairfum,

Sorry to hear you’re having a bad experience with our plugin. I just tried running the P3 Profiler plugin on my local dev and I’m getting good results. But I can’t say the same to yours as these problems tend to have a lot of factors we need to consider. Would it be possible for you to share the site URL you are having the problem on as well as grant us temporary admin access to we can check further?

I never did anything to the site. I only activated BB and run the profiler and got those results.

Hey Huib,

I’ve noticed varying results with the p3 plugin on client sites. It doesn’t always seem to be 100% accurate and might need multiple tests to get a good reading.
