Hey all,
I am working with BB for several years now, no big issues until now.
A few of my websites, alle hosted at the same provider, with the latest BB plugin, theme and child theme version are losing their layout totally. All running latest WP version too.
What happens is: all pages are build with BB. When I want to edit a page it loses all design / layout, all content is shifted to the left. The module menu can be opened but no module can be dragged on the page. No page element is editable. I can’t even add or overwrite a template on that page.
I don’t want to mess up the pages that are still intact because when I start BB on such a page the above happens. And it’s all lost…
When I create a new page its the same; can’t drag any modules or load a template.,
Ofcourse I tried it on different laptop, even on mobile. Same thing.
I thought it could be my wifi network so I even tried it on my phone with 5G…same.
The strange thing here is that I have other websites built with BB and hosted with the same provider that do work properly. So it looks very random…
And the problems are with 2 new sites I build and 2 older websites. The older websites have several other plugins installed. The new ones just have BB (for now).
To be honest I don’t have any clue what could be wrong or what the best way is to handle this without starting completely from scratch again…
Hope this community can shine a light and maybe have a few options I can try.
