Beaver Builder styling visible as admin, but not as user

I just did a site migration.
The site looks fine when I am logged in as a wordpress admin.
If not logged in, some styling is missing - mainly menu, some header and buttons.
I did do a BB Clear Cache,
There is no other caching that I know of on the site.

Have you installed the siteground cache plugin? ( sg optimiser ) its the only thing that can control the siteground cache.

If you visit a random url to trick the aggressive caching you will see the site as it is:

Have you introduced the siteground store module? ( sg optimiser ) the no one but thing have some control over the siteground store.
