Beaver Themer Header Layout: Fixed and shrink on Mobile

Hi,
a client of mine wants the header to shrink and fixed on mobile. Does anyone knows a simple way to archive this? The only workaround I’ve found is to copy the relevant js file to my child theme and overwrite it.
Since I’m using the Astra-Theme for this site, I could use the custom layouts function for the header where I have this option, but I general prefer to use the Themer Layouts.
Any ideas or maybe is this feature planned for future version of Beaver Themer?

This would only apply on mobile? Or desktop as well? If on all devices, Astra Pro has this option.
