I have a Beaver Builder (Version 2.1.2.4) theme installed on a Word Press theme and it stopped working about a month ago.
It is not allowing me to edit any of the content of the website.
What is the best approach to get help with this?
It actually broke when WP introduced a bug a couple of years ago that we fixed the same day and released an update. WP has since broken it a couple of times and again we fixed the issues.
You need to use latest supported versions to work with latest Wordpress.
If you have a license then you can always open a support ticket.
