Are you currently having hosting issues, as I am unable to load your site?
In regards to your issue:
What theme are you using?
Have you disable all active plugins and see if the issue persists?
Are there any errors on your page when viewing in the browser console?
When you say the blog wasn’t showing any posts and there aren’t any categories. Can you go into more detail, please?
For example,
Have you set up a Post page via the WordPress Admin Dashboard > Settings > Reading?
How do you know categories were not working?
What happened when you tried to visit a category?
Can you provide temp admin access so we can take a closer look, please?
The function we hook into the_content filter to render content is FLBuilder::render_content.
Can you pass that on to them and see what they say? I’d be happy to work with their developers to get this resolved if they want to get in touch with me. My email is justin [at] fastlinemedia [dot] com.
We’re having another issue with Toolset that we can’t quite figure out, so I think working together on this will be the ideal solution.
Thanks for the follow up on your progress. This is a tricky issue but I would like to get it resolved for you if possible. I’ll dive back into some testing tomorrow and let you know what I find.
My apologies again for the delay. I hate to ask this since it’s taking a while to figure out, but can you go over the steps to recreate this again? I’ve read and reread the thread, but I must be missing something because everything looks fine.
