Bug Report: Active Campaign Autoresponder

Hello,

Please note there appears to be a bug of some sort when trying to use the integration for Active Campaign. It subscribes but does not trigger the confirmation email nor the autoresponder. Noted this:

I ended up using the form tool from ActiveCampaign and using layout settings CSS to style it for now as I can’t use the inbuilt one in BB.

Hi Lee,

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with Active Campaign. So would it be possible for you to check the steps I took below before posting this to our issue tracker, please?

  1. Signed up and created a campaign.
  2. Set the campaign to Auto Responder - http://cl.ly/2q0H2V3Z2M2H
  3. I then setup the Subscribe Module and sent a test email.
  4. I received no auto response, but was added to the the campaigns list.

Did I miss anything?

Hi,

This is right. Yes you get added but you dont get sent the autoresponse

Therefore I had to use and style their embed for now so I could get it.

(Otherwise peeps where not getting the document from the lead magnet)

Hey Lee!

It doesn’t look like our test account allows for autoresponders. Any chance we can get access to yours to test? :slight_smile: No worries if that’s an issue, I can email them asking for a full featured account for our integration if not.
