Hi all. I have just launched a new site for a client. I have tested it my mobile devices Iphone 6plus and 4 and all is well. Yet on my clients Iphone 6 shows no images on the home page (which im using the builder on). Why would this be?

Visited the site on an iPhone6 and I can see the images with no problems. Did your client manage to grab a screenshot of what he’s seeing?

I thought so. Im thinking it has to be an issue with her phone? But its only showing on the homepage - the rest of the site works for her.

Hey Lisa,
That’s possible. Has she visited the site before? It might have been cached. Try clearing the BB cache as well as any other caching plugin you have installed, if ever. Here’s a screenshot from my end. You may want to increase the line-height for the headings on mobile view.
