Button to hide/display (toggle) row

Best way to do this? Page has a row that we want to default to hidden, with a button that users click when they wish to view row contents.

Scripting OK but would prefer a non-scripting solution.

JS works, he just didnt update the post to say it was user error.

ETA: The original @Mars code snippets work fine BUT if you cut/paste them, make sure your pasted JS contains straight apostrophes, not curly apostrophes.
