I installed the Lite version of the plugin before purchasing Pro. Now that I have Pro installed, can I remove Lite, or will bad things happen to the Earth, moon, and stars if I do?

I’m surprised your install allowed you to have both! Yes, you should uninstall the Lite version, all will remain as it should.
