The quick answer is probably yes.
Beaver Builder works within the editor area of WordPress. Creating a new page should not be an issue although your theme should ideally allow you to have a full width space for the editor content.
As for existing pages it depends on whether content there is coming from the editor or the theme. Beaver Builder will place the content (headings, text and images) in one Beaver Builder text module. Effectively bring the backend editor content to the front and into the page builder.
If your theme is controlling the content it is more complex. You may need to rebuild it - which is generally not too hard with Beaver Builder.

You are using the Avada theme with pages made using the Fusion Builder. I would not add another Page Builder to that already heavey and complex set up.
I’ve seen a lot of people move from Avada to Beaver Builder Rebuilding the site is likely to be the way to go with it.
