Cannot access "Theme Settings" in Appearances > Child Theme

I uploaded theme and child themes i do not see any “theme setting” and styles options under Appearances

This is a multisite installation. Thanks

Hi Lark,
Appearance >> Customize ?
Make sure the child theme is set as your current theme.
Not sure about multisite - I’ve had nothing to do with it!

Yes thanks dave. Just realize it is Customizer and not “Theme Settings” Was watching Dynamic beaver video tut and He had Theme Setting in his Admin.
