Hello! New to Beaver Builder here. I was just hired by a company whose site was created using BB and after doing some work on cleaning up this company’s website on the backend using FTP, I think I’ve done something to negatively affect how Beaver Builder is functioning because I now am not able edit the HTML Settings in one of the rows I’d created before gaining FTP access. Can anyone help? I would have created a ticket but as I’ve just been hired I don’t yet have a BB username or password that’s associated with this client’s account. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated - been trying to fix this for over a week now.
Your client with the licence needs to open a ticket if nessesary. I see you opened a ticket yesterday anyway which appears to a caching issue. Is that related to this?
