Hi!

I’m having an issue and I can’t find how to solve that problem. Everything was working great before but I realize that the little search to find a post/page when adding a link was no more working (loading and loading). That was working

First of all, I deactivate all my plugins, reinstall bb-plugin and bb-theme. Same problem.

I clear the cache, delete the cache from upload directory. I also reinstall all wordpress files.

I have enable debug here is the error I got:


Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/xxx/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php:1518) in /home/xxx/public_html /wp-content/plugins/bb-plugin/classes/class-fl-builder.php on line 119

I can provide access to the wordpress installation if you need

Hey Jonathan,

This is actually a bug on version 1.7 and up that we have just fixed on our end. We should be able to release a maintenance patch this coming Monday. :slight_smile:

I pass so many time yesterday night trying to figure it out!!!

This update will also fix the “search” to find the pages when adding a link?

Also, I saw in one of you post that there was a bug when editing setings, the image background is always coming back to the thumbnail or medium size :

I still got that issue when having a background image to a column. Can you tell me if that as already been fixed or if it’s plan for next release?

Hey Jonathan,

That should have been fixed by version 1.7.1. Are you running the latest version of the plugin which is 1.7.2? The issue there was that WP added a new media size Medium Large but can’t be configured yet so we removed it. Are you saying you’re still seeing that option despite running the latest version of the plugin?

Yes, I do no more have the issue about the “search page” with your update. thanks for your update!

For the photo size, I do not have the problem on my “test site” which is a completely new wordpress installation but I have this issue on all other installations.

The photo size goes to 150x150. I have update the plugin to 1.7.3 clear the cache. I have no cache plugin installed. Is there another step I can do to diagnose what’s wrong with my installation?

Would it be possible for you to provide temp admin access to a site where you’re still encountering this issue, please? So we can take a closer look.

Hi Jonathan,

Can you disable that Hide My WP plugin and disable your HTTPS, please? As I think the issue may be related to the redirects from that plugin.

I have done that previously… but seems to work!!!

I pass so many time trying to figure it out. First thing I have done was to disable all my plugins but maybe there was something caching… maybe the browser… Now everything is running great.
