Can't add extra rows on the scroller template

I can’t find the original post dealing with this. But we have upped the PHP memory limit to 256M and still receiving the same error. Ask them if there is another memory limit that may effect the compat.php file

Here’s the message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/villagemarket/public_html/wp-includes/compat.php on line 121
