Can't add photos to row background through the plug in

Hey Guys,

Can’t add photos through the plug in. I tried a bunch of ways no go. Specifically I’m trying to add a photo background to a row. I click add again and again bit nothing. I tried Safari and Chrome, nothing. I rebooted the system. Nothing.

Please advise.

Hey Alex,

Sorry to hear about the problem. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route first, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin. Let us know how it goes!
