Hello,
I am new to editing wordpress and Beaver Builder. I have set up a new website using the Beaver builder theme and I am using a child theme. I am able to edit the header and footer using themer and the main body of the page using Beaver Builder. However there is a section on the page between the footer and the main body of the page which I do not seem the be able to edit. This section has some existing text in it which shows as the following.

Can anyone please tell me how I either edit or remove this section of my home page.

Looks like a WP widget. You might want to look into Appearance > Widget.
