Can't get Scroller template to work as my static home page

I have read other threads on this problem but they don’t seem to apply here. I can assign Scroller while in page builder but it does not display.

However, when i open the page in WordPress using the WordPress editor the data is there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Steve,

Sorry, could you tell me a little more about the problem that you’re having? Are you trying to use the slideshow module but it’s not working?

Have you tried going through the plugin deactivation route, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin.

Hi KC,

The problem is caused by allowing the Theme to display the title when trying to use Scroller as the Beaver Builder template. The Title displays but the Scroller content does not.

I was able to solve the problem by checking “Remove title from all pages” in my Theme settings. This allowed the page to display.

Full width doesn’t work, probably a setting I am missing.

I am using Genesis Theme with Dynamic Website Builder child theme and Beaver Builder. I successfully use this same environment for another site.

Hey Steve,

Sorry but I’ve no experience with the DWB theme. When you say you’ve used this same environment for another site, did the Scroller Template work without having to disable that same setting? We can definitely dig deeper, do you mind sharing temp admin access so we can check?

Hi Ben,

I set up a new WordPress site and i can’t reproduce the problem. Perhaps a plugin conflict is the culprit.

I am installing the same plugins on the test site to narrow it down.

I will keep you posted.
