Thanks for getting in touch! When you say Active Theme, is that a theme you purchased or installed via the WordPress themes dashboard? Would you mind sharing the website URL as well as more detail on the image you are trying to change by chance?

Are you trying to change the logo image on the top left of the site perhaps? You should be able to do that by heading over to Appearance > Customize > Header > Header Logo.
Also, I would suggest changing your display name here in the forums to anything other than your email address.

To confirm, we don’t see that particular page template applied in your site. However, you can go ahead and apply it and publish it on your homepage if you wish. From there, just go into the editing interface again, roll over that main image and click to edit the row settings. The photo can be changed/set via the background settings in that panel.
