I love the post module in the plugin. But I would like to reverse the way it works on the gallery setting, I want the Post title to be visible along with the overlay and then show the featured image on rollover.
Can this be done?

That can’t be done with the Posts module settings unfortunately. You may be able to do that with some CSS, but unfortunately, that is a bit beyond the scope of what we can provide in these forums. I would suggest starting by inspecting the posts module to see where you can get with it.
