I can not get my columns to work correctly on Medium devices. Regardless of what I do, they all stack on top of each other.

I have read that particular article many times. Unfortunately, nothing in there is helping me as I have already tried everything they are suggesting.
The one thing I couldn’t do/find is the Responsive layout section in the Advanced section of the Column settings, but it sounds like that was an older setting. They suggest choosing Custom there.
The column responsive setting is in the Style tab as mentioned in the KB article (and illustrated with a screenshot) : the Width field and the little responsive icon to set the width for each breakpoint.
If you need more specific help, you could post the URL to your site, it might help people inspecting your page code and try understanding what going wrong with your specific case.
