Conflito do plugin com bb ?

I have a problem when displaying a page on my site.

The image of the menu I’m using a plugin but when viewing the mobile page on the page is locked. That would be some incompatbilidade the BB with the plugin?

Hi Rafael,

I’m not getting the same on mobile or desktop actually. I am seeing the page as I believe it is intended. Regardless, this isn’t a BB issue. I would suggest checking the actual page URL/permalink against the menu to make sure the menu is pulling the correct page.

Hey Rafael,

I am able to see the page just fine even with scrolling on mobile. I did notice whatever you are using for that food menu is certainly slowing things up a bit on mobile most likely because it is using pretty large image files and is a flipbook. You may want contact the plugin dev for that particular plugin as it isn’t throwing any errors or issues that I can tell with our plugin or theme.

Thanks Billy , here in my mobile devices with operating system Android and iOS this page catching , I can not scroll the screen up or down … thought it was a problem with the plugin bb …

I’m on iOS, but don’t have an Android readily available to test. Sorry about that, but the plugin developer should be able to assist no problem.

Hey Rafael,

I’d just like to chime in here. This is indeed caused by the plugin you are using as Billy mentioned but it is in no way having conflicts with the BB plugin or anything. It’s just that that’s the way that menu plugin works, scrolling up and down would flip the pages of the menu. If you could disable that feature then it would fix the problem. If not, you may need to contact the plugin dev.
