Confused with page title/slideshow spacing on a tablet

Hello - not quite sure what kind of pickle I’ve got myself into - but on a tablet my front page slideshow/page title is a bit mad!

I’ll paste the url in the private reply box below.

I have used a media query to make bits of my header dissappear on a tablet/smart phone, and to colour my page name - but I have a big gap between my header & slideshow and can’t quite figure out where this is coming from…,

If someone could point me to the (obvious) solution - that would be fab - just stuck! and can’t see this for looking…

[Content Hidden]

Hi Kiaran,

If you remove all your custom code, does the issue remain?

Thanks,
Danny

Hi Danny

Just checked and yup - if I removed all my added css from the css code in the customiser - I still have a gap above & below my slideshow.

Stuck!

Thanks again

Hey Kiaran,

Actually, that’s how the Slideshow module’s logic works. Can you try the suggestion I have below(using a Content Slider module instead) and see if it’s what you’re looking for?

Hi Ben

Absolutely spot on. I didn’t even think to try another slider - doh!

Thank you - I’ve replaced with the content slider and the spacing is great on a tablet & mobile.

Query now closed.

Awesome! And thanks for taking the time to inform us, Kiaran.

Enjoy BB!
