I am struggling to get the contact forms working on my site (1st Principle Group | Christian Coach & Counseling | Atlanta, GA) the form in the footer is an embed from Kit and works but I am not getting anything when I click the buttons on the Beaver Contact Forms.
Your server is not allowing the AJAX requests needed.
Open your browser console click the network tab and select XHR, then submit your form. You will see it initiate the AJAX request instantly but your server flat out refuses it and leaves it waiting. After 5 whole minutes the server rejects the request with a 503 status.
It could be something you added like a faux security plugin and its blocking requests for AJAX, could also be something your host is doing… but it certainly isnt the forms, you can see them quite happily submitting
