Hi, BB contact form is driving me nut. After fill out the form and send message I receive the successful answer but the message never arrive. I tried many different email addresses, I made plugins no active, but nothing work. Please help!
Are you on shared hosting? Have you configured your server to be able to send email?
Hi, thanks for quick answer. I’m not really sure about that, I’m not the one who made the web site. We have another link to send email, not a contact form, just link mailto: and it works. Means this something or not?

This is common and not specific to Beaver Builder. You probably need a smpt plugin:
Yeah the mailto: link will work as it does not need the server to send the email.
That is where the issue is. Using an smpt plugin is good enough for most. Using a transactional email service like Mailgun or SendinBlue can be even more reliable.
