Is there any way to add questions to your contact form or is that a function you would consider adding in the future?
I tried ninja forms but it is not working for me.

Hey Karen,

No, not at this time. Our contact module is pretty basic so I would recommend using a more robust contact form plugin and inserting it wherever you need via shortcode in an HTML module. Gravity Forms is fantastic, but premium. Contact Form 7 is free and a good option. Hope that helps!

Regarding gravity forms. They say
Sadly, Gravity Forms is not compatible with the WordPress.com hosted service, only self-hosted WordPress installations.

So that means I could use it, correct?

Yes, you can use it. Our product is also only useable on self-hosted WordPress installations.
