CPU spike and Host is denying access to my site

This week, every time I try to publish from the Visual Editor, my my host shuts out access to my site, claiming I’m spiking the CPU. I have Hostgator (I know) and am currently migrating to from Shared Hosting to Optimized Wordpress Hosting in hopes of addressing this issue. But it seems crazy to me. I’ve used Beaver Builder for a few years and never seen this problem. Is this due to the most recent upgrade?

Why is Visual Editor spiking my CPU beyond usability?

By most recent update you mean to Beaver Builder? The 2.3 builds use less resources than older versions, we are always trying to optimise the plugin.

You should stay away from any host owned by EIG which includes Hostgator.
