I have been playing around, but unable to find anything or make anything similar to this option for Elementor. Has anyone seen or tried this?

This is the ability to create a custom loop template, this way one can then use ACF to create fileds and then apply them to specific modules - then output them in their own archive if you will. (i.e. like an events or real estate page).

No need for help, I sorted it out.
You can use this plugin from the folks at Ultimate Addons, who created Astra. Their Ultimate Adds allows you to use their Advance Posts module and in that module you have an option to customized the layout. Then of course you pull in the data from ACF via the shortcode function. Works great. =)

If you’re talking of a Posts module custom layout, it’s in BB Posts module, no need for a 3rd party.
