Custom Post Types Filtering Widget?

Hey there!

Am building some landing pages, when I noticed some competitors had a widget which enables you to filter via a CPT. Here’s an example

I also found that another landing page builder (Conductor Plugin by Matt) has it.

While I could install and create a custom template using Types and Views from the Types Toolset, I was wondering if

  1. BB has the same feature?
  2. If not, would there be plans to incorporate one?

Having said that, while Types and Views are powerful, I’m already running a lot of plugins on my website and wouldn’t want to install extra plugins to achieve some functionality.

Hi Leo,

Beaver Builder doesn’t currently have a module that supports custom fields (we want to in the future) but the Posts module does support CPTs. If that doesn’t work for you and you’re PHP savvy, you could try accomplishing what you’re looking to do with a custom module. Let me know if you have any questions about that.

Thanks Justin. Will BB work with the WP-Types Toolkit and/or FacetWP? Am planning to create some parametric/faceted search of some custom post types on a page

What about the Layouts component from WP-Types ?

I’ve not checked it out properly yet, but it looks promising…
