Design "crash"

Hey,

sometimes my website suddenly is shown properly anymore, I feel its mostly the case when I either click on page builder or finish editing something with it and click on publishing. Then the whole layout is messed up, see screenshots:

Any idea how this can be fixed? Its like the plugin is crashing or something?

Hey Fabian,

Does the problem only happen on the backend? Or is it happening on the frontend as well? If so, can you share the URL where we can see the issue?

It happens in the frontend, so even after closing the beaver builder it looks like that and have to refresh it a couple of times. URL is www.omyoga.co, though I think you would need to start the builder for it to happen… Do you need admin access?

Hey Fabian,

I just noticed you have WP Super Cache turned on. Can you turn off the plugin and see if you get the same thing? If you do, go ahead and send temp admin access along with steps to recreate the issue so we can check. :slight_smile:

Hi Ben,

I deactivated WP super cache and thought it ran well after it. But now the same “design crash” like shown in the above screenshots happened again. After I reload the page it is ok again. Any other options?

Hi Fabian,

Is it possible for you to disable all active plugins except for BB and see if you’re able to recreate the issue.

If so, can you provide temp admin access, please? So we can take a closer look.
