I am using a BB theme on my site www.zalloys.com
I want to have a page on the site eg zalloys.com/retail that has a different top nav from the other pages.
How can I do this?

You might need a bit more info to reply to this, so have set out what I’m looking to do below:
NAV MENU 1
www.zalloys.com with sub pages (terms, acknowledgements and privacy) - all these pages will share the same top and bottom navs.
NAV MENU 2
www.zalloys.com/wheelprotectors with sub pages (buy, terms 2, acknowledgements 2 and privacy 2) - all the pages will share the same top and bottom nav. BUT the top and bottom navs here need to be different from those on www.zalloys.com.
