Preface: total newbie. I purchased the Pro package and downloaded the themes and plugin from My Account Page. But they did not download in Zip form, rather folders with subfolders and .php and .txt files so I can’t upload to Wordpress. I didn’t unzip them, that’s just how they downloaded. No idea what to do. Help?

That’s really weird. When the plugin is downloaded, did you choose “Save File” or anything similar with different browsers? Else, you could try manually zipping the file, then upload it to your Website. If you need help uploading it to your Website, please share your login details to your download section and your WP login credentials. Thanks for the reply. After some research to find other people having the same issue, I came across someone who said she just zipped them manually so I tried that and it worked. Was able to upload them without a problem then. Appreciate the quick reply. If it helps, I am using Safari on iOS 10.10.5. I did choose “Save File” when I downloaded them and that’s how they downloaded. Thanks again.

Glad that worked for you. Just tried downloading with Browserstack using OSX EL Capitan on Safari 9 and I’m getting the zip file. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference. Not really sure whats wrong there. It could be caused by an extension from your Safari. Could you try disabling all the extensions and hit the download link again? Let us know how it goes.
