Error in Style Tab

Haven’t updated this website in at least 5 years. Last night I went in to edit the text of the Callouts, but when I try to save the edits, I get an error icon in the Style tab. I haven’t changed anything on the Style tab. I looked through all settings in the Style tab and found no errors. After several attempts, I decided to try to update the values in every field in the Style tab, but no joy. Screengrab gif below.

Any idea what I’m missing?

The issue is the plugin “rootspersona” is loading a very old version of jquery validate, this is conflicting with the version that BB loads to validate settings.

You might try posting on their forums here: RootsPersona – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org but the plugin appears to be closed for security concerns.

Perfect. I don’t think I’m using the RootsPersona plug-in any longer. I just deactivated it, and now the Callout works again. Thank you so much!
