Everything gets jumbled

I use the builder and theme. Everything I do on one page is not working:

  1. All the columns and rows get jumbled, everything is in the wrong place.

  2. I fixed everything three times, for a total of 1 hour each time, but after I save it, it’s back to being jumbled. I tried saving after making one small change, but when I view the page, it’s still all over the place.

What’s happening?

I have cleared the cache many times, but it’s still not working. It’s wasting my time.
