Thanks. The reason the menu is falling to the second line is the length and or size of the menu items. You’ll either need to consolidate the menu or change the font size in the theme customizer as easy options. For further modification, you’ll need to use custom CSS to either tighten up the space in between or modify the length of the menu container. I’m not sure how comfortable you are with CSS, but if not, CSS Hero or Microthemer are great tools you may want to take a look at.

I haven’t had any experiences with Microthemer but I believe it is more or less the same with CSS Hero. You can check our their site here.
Those full width images on the demos you’ve linked are actually background images for Rows. What you need to do is set the row to Full Width and then place a background image. You need to zero out the margins and padding. Refer to screenshot below for the row settings.

The credits on the footer is controlled by the theme. Go to the Theme Customizer > Footer then set footer layout to none.

The height of the row is set by the height of the content so it looks like you might have margin or padding applied on either the actual row, the modules in the row or the actual column. Go ahead and check all of those and I’m sure you’ll be able to find where that space is coming into play.

Hey Rafael,
Unfortunately, that is not supported by the BB theme. What I would suggest is to either use a Navigation Bottom header layout so you get to put your phone number and social icons on the right side, or use a No Header/Footer template and create everything with the BB plugin. That should give you the ability to control the content as much as possible.
