Hello, our company has used consultants and has had some turnover in our position that manages our website, and for the life of us, we cannot figure out what account was used to setup our Beaver Builder plugin for our wordpress sites. We’ve tried all the ‘normal’ emails to try to reset, but can’t find a support option that allows us to figure this out, and nothing in wordpress on our sites, tells us what license or who originally set it up. We need to figure out who purchased it (us or one of the consultants) and how we can get the login to be us (since ultimately, even if the consultant paid, it would have been billed back to us so we would own). Thanks for any inisghts or links you might be able to share to help us solve this mystery.
The only way is to contact support.
Provide as much info as you can, url of the site etc.
Thank you, that is what I was looking for. All request links I saw required a login, which is what we are trying to figure out! Appreciate the reply.
