Does this not work with the magenoto add on fish pig?

Welcome to the BB forums! 
Sorry but I’ve very little experience with Magento itself, much more with the Fish Pig plugin. I’ve been reading the description of the plugin and it seems you can use WP plugins with it so you should be able to use BB just as well. If you’re planning on using BB to style your Magento pages, that won’t be possible. You should only be able to use BB to style WP pages, nothing else.
