Font Awesome Icons not showing up on pricing list

Hi guys. We’re having some trouble getting font awesome icons to show up in a pricing list. Wondering if you can help us troubleshoot this.

The list should show the font awesome green checkmarks, but they’re not showing up when the page is published. They are showing up in the BB builder page however. Other icons are working fine, so I don’t think this is a problem with the font awesome icons.

Hey David,

It looks like you are using a different theme than ours and that particular theme may not support Font Awesome hence them not showing up. Unfortunately, there isn’t any way around that just using BB. Depending on your comfort level with working with the code in your theme, you could enqueue the Font Awesome library. Hope that helps and sorry if that wasn’t quite the answer you were looking for there.

Hey David,

I’d just like to chime in here. I don’t really see any Font Awesome(FA) icons on the page, if you’re referring to the down arrow icon, that’s a Dashicon which is different from FA.

I think the problem here is that your theme doesn’t load FA by default like what Billy said. Also, the BB Page Builder only loads it if you use the icon from within a module, e.g., Icon module, Heading module and etc. which is the reason why it works if you load in another FA icon within the page. I’d suggest loading FA on your theme. You can check the link below for more info.
