I have a fixed 4 column module sitting in the footer of a test site we’re working on. When the site goes to tablet size, the 4 column widget area goes responsive to a full-width one column. Is there any way to force this block to four columns when the site goes to tablet sizes?
It’s primarily on the portrait width that it’s really an issue. Landscape seems to hold up fine.

To do this, you will want to set a custom width on each of your Column Settings via Advanced Responsive Layout. When you open the Column settings, navigate to the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Responsive Layout. Under the Medium Device Width set the option to Custom and enter a value, something like 25. Repeat this for each of your columns.
