I am trying to apply a full width image to a row using the background - photo option. Whenever I hit select(a photo) nothing happens. It freezes the page and then eventually brings up an empty wordpress media box. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug-in three times. Whats up with that???

Problems like this are usually caused by a 3rd party plugin conflict. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route first, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin.
