Gallery images load and briefly show then disappear

Hello Support,

I am using the BeaverBuilder Plugin 1.7.5 on a custom theme we built using the Genesis platform. We are using the latest Wordpress version 4.4.2

I am using the Amplify theme page at http://jeffpayne.net/church. When I first began working with the page I was unable to replace the header image of the theme page. I removed my Page Cache with W3 Total Cache and then deactivated all plugins with the exception of BeaverBuilder and then went through the process of activating them one at a time until I could view the page. At that point, I was allowed me to change the image. All was working well.

Then I added a gallery with 20 images near the end of the page. The gallery images appeared fine until I saved and published the page. The gallery then disappeared (see attached screenshot URLS). When I open up the page in BeaverBuilder, the images reappear and then disappear when I save and republish the page. Ironically, the gallery appears just fine on my iPhone which you can see if you are able to view on your iPhone at http://jeffpayne.net/church.

Any ideas?

If you need access to the site please let me know where I can send a private message with email address to provide you User Admin access.

Thank you for your help. I am a fan!

Hi Jeff,

For some reason the Gallery do not appear on load but works when you resize the browser window, something must be conflicting with our Javascript.

Yes if you don’t mind, we’re going to need access to the dashboard to check.

Hi Jeff,

Do we have permission to disable plugins and/or switch theme if required?

Thanks,
Danny

Hi Danny,

Yes, you have my permission to disable plugins or switch themes or whatever you feel is needed.

Thank you,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for providing us access to your site. The issue seems to have been caused by a script in your theme. We have confirmed this by switching it to the standard Twenty Fifteen theme and the gallery worked.

You can see this error on Chrome dev tools while you’re on the page builder as well.

Please help us by disabling all plugins and testing Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a third party plugin.
