Gravity Forms widget does not show up on WordPress

The gravity forms widget was showing previously on the WordPress widget tab when building the page using BB.

However, recently, it disappeared. But the widget is still showing in the back-end of WordPress widget page.

I don’t know what could be the cause. Do you have any idea why it is disappearing？

Hey Diqing,

I have just now checked on my local dev and I can see the GF widget in the builder interface. Do you think you can share temp admin access to the site in question so we can take a look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

it is in Chinese.

Hey Diqing,

I tried both the Chinese languages and I can see the Form widget just fine. I am assuming it’s the last 2 languages under Settings > General? Take a look at the screenshots below. :slight_smile:
